CHRIS BRIERLEY WRITING IN THE MANCHESTER EVENING NEWS FOOTBALL PINK FINAL 28TH NOVEMBER 1992 Manchester City's winning run came to a halt at Maine Road as Tottenham scored a 1-0 victory. Peter Reid's men controlled the game for long periods but failed to make the vital breakthrough and then Terry Phelan put through his own goal in the 78th minute.
