A groin strain picked up in last night's impressive 1-1 draw with UEFA Cup semi-finalists Gothenburg in Sweden makes him doubtful for Saturday's Maine Road match against West Ham United. ... Yet the performance by the depleted Blues last night was highly encouraging.
