It was a long two hour plus journey for the City fans to Oakwell as the Eastlands pitch was not ready for action due to a recent Bon Jovi concert.

Torgard was the star of the show as he stopped everything that City threw at him in the first half. It was left to Petrov to open the scoring shortly after the break, however the Streymur defence were resolute as they stopped City from scoring again before Vassell notched onto a great headed knock on from Evans before making it 2-0 in the last minute.
