Manchester City ran into a hat-trick blast from Brian Talbot at Arsenal.
Talbot put the Gunners in the driving seat with his first goal after 24 minutes, and was back after the interval for his second after 72 minutes.
And the former England man was back to complete his treble after 85 minutes.
To make matters worse, Dennis Tueart was booked for dissent after 40 minutes.
